We design and produce base skids, masts and goods carriers for you – so you can procure the whole system from one source, all skid elements are perfectly matched to each other. This means you get the best possible results!
Efficiency for your painting process
When developing your jigs, we also place great value on the efficiency of your painting process. For example, we have developed painting jigs for the world’s leading truck manufacturers which allow all the components for the driver’s cab to be accommodated. Particular attention was paid to the fact that variants of components could be fixed with only one mount in order to keep the logistical effort to a minimum.
The increasing complexity of components and the geometry of their parts is also taken into account when designing each new jig.
