For more than 30 years we at Porta jig technology have been designing and producing painting jigs for paint shops (robot systems, flatbed systems and manual systems) as well as jigs for internal transport.
Global player operating worldwide
What began almost 30 years ago as a start-up for paint hooks in a garage in Porta Westfalica is now a global player operating throughout Europe for high-quality, innovative jig technology. We now work with many well-known large and medium-sized customers from a wide range of industries. We help our customers implement safe and efficient production processes. Right from the start we make use of our extensive expertise to advise our customers and work together to develop customised solutions.
Customised painting jig systems
Using CAD data of the parts to be painted and taking into account the available painting window, our experts develop customer-specific painting jig solutions – whichever painting process and painting systems our customers use. Because we specialise in customised, CAD-based solutions and benefit from the exceptional wealth of knowledge we have acquired from numerous projects, our painting jigs are innovative, high-quality, consistently precise and energy-saving.
This is why our company is the market leader in our industry. The managing director of Porta Gestelltechnik Koppe GmbH & Co. KG, Mr Michael Koppe, is also a member of the board of directors of the European Association for Paint Technology (EGL) as well as member of technical committees of the German Research Society for Surface Treatment e.V. (DFO).
